How the Closing Cost Credit Works

For qualifying new applications, the lender credit will appear on the borrower’s Closing Disclosure and may be applied toward eligible expenses such as:

    – Temporary or permanent interest rate buydowns

    – Title company closing costs

    – Loan origination fees

    – Loan discount points

Certain prepaid expenses

The offer is available on qualifying new applications received through December 31, 2026.

Who Is Eligible?

The incentive is available through the Evergreen Home Loans Puyallup Branch and applies only to eligible in-house loans.

The offer does not apply to:

    – Brokered loans

    – State bond loans

    – Loans that have already closed

    – Loans already in process

The credit is non-transferable, and not all applicants or loan products will qualify. The Dorman Team will confirm eligibility and explain any additional terms, conditions, or restrictions.
